Beach House Tour! | Shediac AirBNB

I’m SO excited to share this beach house tour with you guys! Back in the winter, my mom offered to rent us a beach house in Shediac for a week to give us something to look forward to this year. I was counting down the months, weeks, days leading up to our vacation, so I am SO excited to show you guys this amazing AirBNB!

The cost came to around $250/night. If any of you want the exact listing information, let me know!

Last year, we stayed at another AirBNB in Shediac River, and while it was a beautiful location, it was a little bit further out of town than we would have liked. This year, I scoured AirBNB to find the perfect beach house within walking distance of the wharf & beach, and right in the centre of my favourite spots in Shediac. The beach house I found is also within a 5 minute walk of a small private beach, located just before the wharf.

The private beach we found- secluded but accessible to the public.

The beach house has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with bunk beds. I forgot to take a picture of the bunk bed room, but it was just as cute as the rest of the house.

The entire cottage was newly renovated, with a cute beach theme.

The kitchen had everything we needed, including a popcorn machine, which was a fun touch.

The bathroom was a good size, and included a washer and dryer, towels, etc. I used the full size mirror in the bathroom to take my daily outfit pics for my “Everything I Wore On Vacation, Plus Size Style Guide” post.

We were traveling with two dogs- mine and my mom’s- so it was important to have a fenced in yard for them to run around. This was a really key feature for us because we wanted the dogs to have the freedom to run without worrying about them wandering off. I didn’t get a good photo of the yard, but it was large enough for us to set up a tent, and had a fire pit, along with a large deck off the house. They also had pretty string lights hanging along the fence for night time.

I will mention that the fence had several large gaps in the bottom, which were wide enough for my beagle Jasper to escape under. I mentioned this to the hosts though, so it may be fixed now.

Overall we really loved the house, and we’re already talking about booking it again next year! Let me know if any of you have any questions, or want a link to the listing!
